Mental toughness keeps you going when you most want to quit. It is the key to unlocking long-term success in massively-challenging endeavors or ever-changing organizations and environments. Until recently, people thought you either had “it” or you didn't. But a growing body of breaking research reveals that mental toughness, or "resilience," is not only a mindset that separates those who succeed from those who plateau, it is a teachable and buildable set of skills.
This engaging workshop shares the power and science of resilience and offers specific, actionable strategies stakeholders can use to build it. We will also share some of the research on social and emotional contagion and give a call to action for influential leadership that leaves everyone empowered to be positive agents of change. The focus of the training is to cultivate mental, emotional and physical skills that have been proven to correlate with greater resilience, performance and well-being.
