Connecting to Your Why and How it Influences You as a Leader
Please join Tina Breslin from Primeast as she leads an insightful and energizing session on "re-discovering your why." Based on Simon Sinek's Golden Circle, this powerful session highlights your purpose by working with participants to determine your "personal flag: the strengths, growth potential, values and your purpose that will serve you in work and at home." Tina will also facilitate a personal look at your lifeline, how you build your own mental toughness and how you can continue to use your strengths and resiliency in the future.
During the session, each attendee will:
• Explore your strengths and capabilities
• Learn what drives you as a leader
• Reflect on your resiliency to change
• Identify the "why" of your purpose
The “why” of your purpose aligns with personal leadership in that it provides a compass that defines a direction for your leadership and life, and to move in that direction with consistency and clarity.
