Breaking Down Barriers: Navigating Your Development To Advance Your Career

“What do you want to be when you grow up?” It's a common question that children are asked, and their responses usually don't take into account any anticipated barriers from achieving their career dreams and aspirations. Their focus is purely on the goal.

However, from childhood to the workplace, external and internal barriers stop people from pursuing their career dreams. Women especially can face their own unique set of challenges. It could be the fear of failure, not knowing where to start on the path to a career dream or even the dream itself being a barrier - is this still what I want?

By recognizing these barriers, you can find ways to overcome and even remove them. Take some time discover your inner strengths, create goals and set-up an action plan to elevate your career.

Our speakers will share the obstacles they had to overcome to advance in their career, how they took ownership of their own development to navigate through those obstacles and tips for success.
