HBA LONDON PRESENTS

HBA London's International Women's Day Celebration

The way we work today is fundamentally different to how we worked a decade ago. Employees are increasingly seeking flexibility and better work-life balance, and this has the potential to re-shape life sciences and healthcare organisations. Join HBA on Thursday, March 14 to celebrate International Women’s Day 2019 with an engaging panel on #BalanceforBetter. Our speakers will discuss what balance means at different stages of one’s career – be it parents returning from maternity/paternity leave, millennials seeking work-life integration, carers returning to work after time off or remote workers using technology to thrive. They will also highlight why it is critical for organisations to enable balance, and do so through the lens of achieving gender parity. The panel discussion will be followed by an interactive World Café discussion to give the audience a chance to share their perspectives.
