HBA SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA PRESENTS

HBA Supper Club: To Mentor or Be Mentored with Allison Marshall

Throughout our careers, we cycle from being mentored to becoming mentors to others. But when do we make that switch? And do we ever really stop needing a mentor in our careers? Come discuss and bring your own perspective and experiences to a small group dinner hosted by HBA San Francisco’s vice president, Allison Marshall.

Allison Marshall is a healthcare and IT professional, yoga aficionado, HBA board director and mentor. She settled in San Francisco 11 years ago after pursuing her post-MBA dream of working at Genentech. After achieving success working in commercial sales and marketing for several of Genentech’s blockbuster drug brands, she jumped at the opportunity to join healthcare data analytics startup Claritas Rx. Since 2015, Allison has found her passion at Claritas Rx, helping to build a company with the mission of making specialty channel data clear and insightful to biopharmaceutical companies.

A demonstrated strategic and operational leader, Allison invests her time in a diverse range of professional and personal activities and roles to help create clarity and insights for businesses and individuals alike. She is a 500-hour registered yoga teacher and invests much of her free time teaching and assisting her yoga teachers in the Bay Area. Allison is on the board of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) San Francisco Chapter where she actively mentors women in the healthcare industry. She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in biological sciences from Wellesley College.

Registration fee covers administrative and chapter costs. Participants are responsible for their food and beverage costs. Out of respect for your fellow diners, please do your best to arrive on time.
