HBA ATLANTA PRESENTS

Winning the Race to Career Advancement and Personal Fulfillment

It is time to create a win-win for our personal life and our career goals. In the space of winning, you feel energized, inspired, and aligned to take on the world. So why do so many women spend time feeling anxious, burnt-out, doubtful, rushed, tired, bossy, and sometimes just plain disappointed—in themselves or others. We have too much to offer to spend time being overwhelmed and exhausted.

If we want to get more of what we want, we must start by looking at how we might be getting in our own way. The name of the game is self-awareness and self-management and it starts with each of us. Only then can we scale all of the hurdles on our leadership journey.

We owe it to ourselves and to those that we care about to be less stressful, more at ease, surrounded by less conflict, connecting with better relationships, more experiencing and sharing joy! More of what you want—as opposed to feeling like you are getting pulled in 100 different directions—only to feel at some level, disappointed?

During this workshop, we will discover the 7 common challenges that women face as they ascend the leadership ranks, as identified by the research at Linkage. We will create awareness around the core behaviors and work together to create a practice of purposeful intention so that you can triumphantly create your brilliant life to become the best version of who you want to be.

Heather Evans is an executive coach, speaker, change leadership consultant and radio talk show host.
