Certificate Program for Business Partnering in Digital Innovation

Expanding your functional (vertical) expertise is one way to advance your career. Developing and honing your cross- functional (horizontal) competencies will get you further, faster. If you are involved with your company's digital initiatives in any aspect, this certificate program gives you the organizational skills and savvy needed to help accelerate your career progression and impact.

The Healthcare Businesswomen's Association and the Center for Communication Compliance (CCC) have joined forces to create the industry’s first official certificate recognizing expertise in business partnering for digital innovation. This virtual curriculum spans 12 weeks and includes a cadence of webinars and live discussion sessions with industry and government subject matter experts. A final examination will demonstrate your mastery of the concepts presented and lead you to a certificate of competence.

Mastering digital innovation is hard, but possible. It requires unique and extensive collaboration across all constituents from R&D, regulatory submission and approval, and marketing. The skills and competencies of cross functional and cross sector collaboration… true business partnering… are critical to the success of the digital opportunities and investments companies are making.

If you are looking to significantly improve your performance and the impact you have on the effective utilization of digital communications, this program is for you. As a participant, you will leave with not only an increased understanding of the digital landscape, ecosystem and the regulatory environment, but also with enriched understanding of the psychological and neurochemical drivers of collaboration and how to apply that understanding to improve personal and team performance.
