HBA BOSTON-CAMBRIDGE METRO PRESENTS

Moving Forward in Transition

Many women face periods in their life when the harmony between work life and home life becomes challenging. This can be due to a myriad of factors including raising a family, going back to school, caring for an elderly or sick parent, divorce or an exciting but demanding promotion. Part of finding work/life harmony is feeling fulfilled in your various roles and relationships.

Join us for a lively discussion with a panel of women who will share their own story and discuss tips and tricks on how to navigate these transitions and their journey to find harmony while still feeling fulfilled in their career. Learn how to engage in ongoing discussions with your manager as your needs change, how HR can be your advocate, and what Massachusetts legislation protects your job should you need to step back or take a break.
