HBA BERLIN PRESENTS

Digital Transformation: What's in it for Women?

Join HBA Berlin for a discussion of a different kind. We invited exciting guests, including Ekaterina Alipiev, founder of the medical app Jourvie and lead of Pfizer Germany's Healthcare Hub; Karsten Mattes, HR consultant for De Causmaecker & Partner and CEO of Matthes Executive Consulting GmbH; Angela Giebner, managing director at Happy Thinking People and Thomas Kleine, IT lead Pfizer Germany to discuss topics around the "female perspective of digitalization.” How did it affect women and what can be expected for the future? Which new jobs will be created, challenges and development opportunities will we face and how will it affect the reconciliation of work and family life?

How can women exploit the digital transformation and which (female) capabilities will be demanded in the future? In a nutshell: What can women do, to best benefit from digitalization?

This event will be held in German language.
