HBA SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA PRESENTS

Growth Mindset Workshop with Kate Earle

Change is not an event. It's a state of being. Our ability to thrive in this state of being is directly influenced by our mindset. Do we have a fixed mindset or a growth mindset? Do we embrace change as an opportunity? Do we approach it as a necessary evil? In the midst of change, do we find ourselves leaning in...or leaning out? And what outcomes do we create with our behavior?

Join us for an engaging exploration of the intricate relationship between mindsets, behavior and possibilities...all in pursuit of making us more resilient, and potentially even happier, in the flow of emergent change. Our conversation and activities will be based on the leading research of Dr. Carol Dweck, of Stanford University.
