HBA CHICAGO-NORTHERN SUBURBS PRESENTS

Turn Vision Into Reality - Executives Helping Executives Optimize Personal and Professional Success

In this think-tank style event, you’ll share ideas and gather insights from your peers on optimizing success based on the following personal and business goals.

Challenge #1: What are the foundations required to allow for innovation? What gaps does your team have and how can you solve for them?
Challenge #2: What can you do to keep the “smaller urgent stuff” from getting in the way of spending more time on your “big strategic goals?”
Challenge #3: With patient expectations on the rise, how should your business evolve to keep pace? Which of your leadership priorities should change?
Challenge #4: As your career (& title) grows, what actions should you take to automate, delegate, & advance your skills?
You will pick one of the above to work on with a small team. Then we'll come together to discuss tips curated for all the challenges.

Note: This event is for healthcare leaders who are director level and above. It is also open to men, so please invite your colleagues.
