Accelerated Leadership: Developing Influence Up, Down and Across the Organization
The power of influence requires us to recognize the impact we have on others, while learning to effectively own our voice. This workshop provides individuals an opportunity to explore and heighten their self-awareness regarding the various factors that contribute to creating an influential presence and how to cultivate the confidence to own it.
Facilitators Carolina Caro and Lisa Dadd serve organizations by developing conscious leaders and mindful workplaces.
