HBA METRO WEST MA PRESENTS

High Impact Leadership: Leveraging Gender Based Traits

HBA Waltham with co-sponsors of SiriusDecisions and athenahealth invite you to explore the traits of high impact leadership.

SiriusDecisions will share and explore gender-specific findings from their leadership study, specifically looking at the leadership traits that female leaders believe are most important and which leadership traits they are more effective on.

Following the leadership study, an interactive panel will discuss the implications of these findings. We will go beyond the data and discuss the implications of these insights to enable female leaders of the future to evolve their careers and develop their teams.

Remember to bring your business cards to network with other men and women before and after the discussion.

Please note: All speakers are expressing their own opinions and not their company's.

Additional information: Park in surface visitor spaces or in the free parking garage, corner of Kingsbury Ave and Wooley Ave. (across from Panera). As you exit the structure onto Wooley Ave., the athenahealth entrance is to the left, HALFWAY DOWN the building (past the Sports Club entrance). See map. Via Public Transportation: Bus #70 stops on Arsenal Street right in front (walk around the building to reach the athenahealth entrance).

Please bring a photo ID for security and building admission.
