HBA Executive Forum - Illuminating New Horizons
Participation is limited to individual who hold, or have held, positions at the VP/EVP/SVP level or higher, president, partner or managing director.
Traditional career ladders are no longer the only option for executives. This day-long program will explore the theme of A Bold New Direction for your career planning and strategy.
The content will showcase real life examples of women who have successfully made bold leaps in their career as they followed a particular personal passion or leveraged the ever-evolving healthcare ecosystem; it will expose the competencies and personas necessary for next level leadership positions; and provide ample opportunity to connect and converse with all the leaders in the room.
Participants will be fully engaged. Pre-, during- and post- activities and assignments are planned to ensure deep personal reflection and valuable group discussion.
An elite group of recognized, accomplished business women and men from HBA’s rich network of industry executives will act as speakers, panelists and table facilitators and will be interacting one-on-one with participants throughout the day.
