Everyone has a Voice - the first step to Diversity, Inclusion and the Courage to be Authentic
Understanding the power dynamics and decision-making processes at work can be critical to your success. But they can inhibit authentic self-expression. How do you strike a balance between being authentic and leveraging political savvy while attempting to get ahead and support an organization’s focus on innovation and growth?

• How power dynamics and decision-making processes at work can impact your career objectives
• Three chapters in the author’s book – Unspoken: Finding Your Voice and Living Your Authentic Life
To acknowledge International Women’s Day 2019, The West Chester chapter of the HBA is supporting Wings for Success, a local non-profit that sets up women for success in Chester County by providing interview clothing and a professional wardrobe necessary for employment that they wouldn't otherwise be able to afford. To help these women in need, please consider donating a purse at our March 12 meeting. When you make a donation, you will be entered to drawing to win a brand-new Dooney & Bourke purse.
