HBA PHOENIX PRESENTS

Empowered Engagements: The Art of Conscious Collaboration

Research reveals what most of us experience: Many employees spend more than 50% of their time engaged in collaborative activities. Yet up to a third of value-added collaborations come from just three-to-five percent of employees. Unfortunately, most people are not trained on the art of collaboration. In this integrated, fast-paced world, capable collaborators can enjoy efficient results and healthy working relationships.

This introductory session will provide you with an ability to:
• differentiate commonly-used styles when seeking agreements; and to
• identify the behaviors that foster collaboration.

Join us in this session to enhance your ability to make conscious choices around how you engage with others.
