HBA BERLIN PRESENTS

Strategic Career Planning (Karriereplanung Strategisch Angehen)

Most of us are not taking the time to strategically steer our careers and ask the powerful questions: “What is truly motivating me? Who needs to see what I am good at? How can I influence?” Yet - Today's organizations need self aware co-workers who will express where they want to go, and who know how to collaborate in diverse teams. During this first evening of HBA in HH, we will zoom in on three areas that will help to accelerate: Networking, dealing with (unconscious) bias, and hands-on stakeholder mapping.

Listen to the fascinating insights of Virve Sarja, DePuy Synthes Lead Germany, Vice President Johnson&Johnson and learn the skills needed from Vice President of HBA Europe and co-founder of Seuss Consulting, Sabine Hutchison. Then we break-out to apply what we learn. This is a great networking opportunity as well. Expect lots of interaction with like minded professionals.

Snacks and drinks are provided.

The event is primarily in German.
