Modern Belonging ©: Myths, Perspectives and Ways Forward

The session will explore the concept of belonging in the modern workplace, addressing the challenges employees face related to engagement, workplace culture, and the persistent sense of non-belonging. We will delve into definitions and misconceptions of belonging, discuss myths, and examine the scientific foundations—ranging from psychology to neurobiology—that inform our understanding. By identifying common biases and pitfalls, the program equips participants with strategies for cultivating belonging and fostering relational mastery within their organizations
