This exchange will explore how organizations can embed sustained health into workforce strategy, leadership, and care infrastructure. Drawing on Think Tank data, expert insights, and collaborative discussion, participants will examine practical approaches to strengthening resilience, retention, engagement, and sustainable performance across the future of healthcare and life science delivery.

Participants will:

Review key findings from the latest Think Tank survey on workforce pressures, resilience, and organizational support systems
Hear from a featured thought leader on designing environments, policies, and operational structures that sustain workforce health
Engage in a subscriber discussion to identify opportunities for integrating sustained health principles into leadership strategy, workforce infrastructure, and future care models
