HBA GLOBAL PRESENTS

Think Tank Thought Exchange: Sustained Health

Healthcare work is demanding more than ever — from extended shifts and hybrid teams to cognitive overload and digital workflow pressures. Supporting workforce health is no longer a “nice-to-have”; it’s foundational for performance, retention, and organizational resilience.

This exchange leverages Think Tank data, expert insights, and interactive discussion to explore strategies for sustaining workforce wellbeing in the age of the future of work. Participants will:

  • Review key findings from the latest Think Tank survey on workforce wellbeing, burnout, and psychological safety
  • Hear from a featured thought leader on designing environments, policies, and supports that sustain physical, mental, and community health
  • Engage in a subscriber discussion, sharing experiences and uncovering opportunities to strengthen wellbeing practices and integrate them into organizational infrastructure

By the end of the session, participants will leave with actionable insights to build sustainable, healthy workplaces and strategies to enhance workforce resilience and engagement in a rapidly evolving healthcare ecosystem.
