Join the HBA Dublin Chapter for our next in-person leadership workshop, in partnership with renowned Leadership Development Consultant, Norma O'Sullivan.
Norma O’Sullivan is the founder of The Way Home Consulting, and is a transformational coach and leadership development consultant, supporting individuals and organisations through change. Her main areas of focus are coaching (1:1 and group) and leadership development. With over 15 years’ experience in the corporate world in a wide range of global roles including solicitor, construction project manager, organisational change manager and leadership development consultant she has had a wide-ranging career. She is particularly passionate about improving organisational cultures so that people feel like they belong and take personal responsibility for their growth, boundaries and impact. In her coaching she works at the level of beliefs and behaviours to deliver long lasting transformation. Using a feminine-centred approach, she coaches individuals to go deeper, examining the root cause of their challenges and partners with them to design sustainable solutions which transform every aspect of their lives.
