HBA PATIENT CENTRICITY AFFINITY GROUP AND HBA GLOBAL PRESENT

Patient Centricity Educational Series #2 - Patient Advocacy: A Perspective from the Patient

Although we may consider ourselves patient centric because we are delivering products or services that treat people’s symptoms, true patient centricity is about ensuring optimal patient outcomes, by seeing and treating the whole patient and placing an emphasis on broader patient engagement and satisfaction. We have an opportunity to honor this no matter what role we play in industry.

Join us for an enlightening panel discussion as we continue to build understanding how to bring patient centric concepts to our own industry roles. Through expert panelists, Farah Meghji, Co-Founder, Unum Co. and Samira Mousa, Founder, Healthy Content. Sick Ideas, we will explore what patients want from industry and gain insights into how to best partner. Through this interactive discussion, our goal will be to help our companies to better deliver on our promise of becoming truly patient centric.
