StrengthsFinder 2.0 Interactive Workshop
Unlock your unique talents and learn how to use them to stand out and succeed in your career! Join us for an interactive workshop featuring StrengthsFinder 2.0 by Tom Rath, where we’ll explore how identifying and leveraging your strengths can transform the way you work and lead. Too often, we focus on improving weaknesses. Instead, this session will show you how turning your strengths into superpowers can set you apart and help you excel.
Before the event, please purchase the book and take the StrengthsFinder assessment—a brief quiz included with the book—to uncover your top five strengths. Email your results ahead of time and bring your list to the session. Also, bring a copy of your CV/resume and a job description (current or aspirational) to discover how to integrate your strengths into your career toolkit.
During the session, you can expect a dynamic small group discussion packed with actionable insights and strategies to:
1.) Understand your strengths and how they make you unique.
2.) Maximize your impact by aligning your strengths with your goals.
3.) Overcome challenges by focusing on what you naturally do best.
4.) Highlight your strengths on your CV/resume, in interviews, and during performance reviews.
Let’s turn discovery into action and strengths into success. Reserve your spot now and get ready to celebrate the superpowers, brainstorm practical ways to elevate your career, and connect with a community of ambitious, supportive people.
