HBA WEST CHESTER AND HBA PHILADELPHIA PRESENTS

Mindful Leadership

Take a break with both HBA West Chester and HBA Philadelphia to enjoy an evening at the Pyramid Club while looking out at the beautiful Philadelphia skyline. Discover how to practice mindfulness from Harriet Stein, an expert on how to practice mindfulness in your personal and professional life. Known as an "inspirational teacher," Harriet's passion is helping individuals take steps toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.

In our increasingly busy lives, practicing mindfulness helps people to manage stress, improve performance and maximize creativity. But mindfulness is much more than a mental fitness tool; it’s an asset for leaders seeking to perceive — and reperceive — the world and make better strategic choices. Learn how to better understand who you are as a person and accept yourself with compassion, resulting in a richer life.

Through humor, Harriet will share valuable techniques to help you become a more mindful leader in your professional life who is better prepared to handle challenges, successfully manage stress in a positive way and face obstacles in the workplace. Developing mindfulness impacts every aspect of your life – professional, personal, emotional and physical.
