Learning to Say no and Feeling Good About it

“No” is a very simple and short word, yet it seems to be one of the most difficult words for many of us, especially women, to say. It is often just easier to agree than to say no even when we really don’t want to do something. Our heads are saying no while our mouths are saying “sure, happy to do it, love to help”. This highly interactive session will focus on understanding why we have difficulties saying no and offering practical tips for learning how to say no and feeling good about it.
