About the Co-Lead/Moderator, Kathy Relias
Kathy Relias is a high-energy commercial leader with experience in insights and analytics, as well as marketing and brand creation. Her expertise lies in building market share, acquiring new clients, and delivering profitable growth for service companies. Experience includes the application of AI approaches to product launch strategies and plans, digital/omnichannel marketing, patient support programs, engagement, market access, brand commercialization, market insights and research, software, tech solutions, marketing, and customer experience. Her experience spans consumer goods, insurance, and pharma/biotech verticals. Kathy has been involved in the HBA for over 15 years and currently serves as Vice President on the Chicago Northern Suburbs Chapter Board.
