HBA WESTERN EUROPE REGION PRESENTS

Unlock Your Influence: Navigating decision making in different company cultures

Inclusive decision-making is a powerful tool for everyone in the workplace, not just leaders. It involves valuing diverse perspectives and fostering a collaborative environment where every voice is heard. Join HBA for a series of events starting in January 2025, designed for professionals at all levels. These sessions will explore the fundamentals and practical applications of inclusive decision making.

This session, "Navigating Different Company Cultures," will delve into the opportunities and challenges of various company cultures, such as US vs. Europe-HQ, investor vs. family-owned, and large vs. small/start-up enterprises. Learn from the experiences of our testimonials on how to successfully navigate different environments.

Marc Timmerman from Timmer Haus BV will kick off the event with an intro to the topic, followed by a stimulating panel discussion featuring 2-3 panelists (to be determined). This virtual event is open to junior, mid-, and senior-level professionals. This series will challenge your inherent biases and inspire you to stand up for your colleagues, promoting a healthier office culture and better decision-making. Join us on this enlightening journey!
