Executive-level Women: Claiming Your Seat on a Corporate Board (part 1)

In 2020, Women on Boards Gender Diversity Index showed that 19.8% of Fortune 1000 corporate directors were women. Yes, the evidence overwhelmingly shows that companies with more diversity at the highest levels of the organization sees a higher return on investment overall (Catalyst Reports). It is time that companies take advantage of this untapped pool of qualified board candidates. It's time that we increase the number of women who serve on corporate boards. It does take effort, however, to ensure that you, an Executive-level women, are board ready! Learn more by attending this virtual 2 part series: Sept 22 & Oct 20, 7:00-8:30 PM EST). Limited capacity: 25 attendees. Attendees will be asked to complete and submit their Board Bio in between the two sessions and have it reviewed/assessed.

Additional Information 
Executive-level refers to industry titles that include: Chairman, President, EVP, SVP, VP, AVP, and Executive Director or equivalent. On the agency/service provider side, senior leaders of practices of 15+ employees are invited to apply with eligible levels include Chairman, President, Partner, Managing Director or equivalent.
