Fighting Bias: Workshop & Panel Discussion

In this workshop inspired by '50 Ways to Fight Bias' presented by Lean In at the HBA European Leadership Summit (ELS) this year, we will engage in conversation about the many unconscious biases we all face at work and provide tangible guidance on how to fight them.

The workshop will be followed by a panel discussion with leaders from the industry discussing their experience with bias and practical stories of how to influence change.

Please note: This is an in-person event. If you register and later are unable to attend, please cancel so workshop breakouts can be planned accordingly.

Communicate with others about types of bias and ways to fight them
Empower yourself on how to speak out when you encounter bias
