Mix and Mingle Chocolate Tasting with Ellevate Network and Lauren Adler, Chocolopolis
Are you a fan of chocolate, wanting to know more about it’s delicious properties and different flavor profiles? Join HBA Seattle and the Ellevate Network Seattle Chapter in this festive online gathering, we’ll taste five single-origin chocolates with Lauren Adler of Chocolopolis. Lauren will walk us through how to identify quality chocolate, how its made from the bean, what elements contribute to its flavor, and how to read ingredient labels. Part educational, part networking and celebratory fun, you won't want to miss this opportunity!
To join in the fun of savoring chocolates together, you can purchase an individual tasting kit in advance and have it delivered to your home! The kit includes six small chocolate bars, a tasting notecard, and a flavor wheel. The price of $35 includes the cost of shipping a kit to all US-based participants.
Shipping note: Shipping is still currently quite unpredictable, so Chocolopolis advises ordering by December 1st - or at the latest by December 7th. For shipping to warm climates, insulation and ice packs are included but FedEx is not guaranteeing express shipments right now. Please note that Chocolopolis is not responsible for melting or other damage caused by heat exposure during shipping.
