Discovering your Ikigai: Aligning purpose and passion in your professional life

Discovering your Ikigai: Aligning purpose and passion in your professional life

Research indicates that a culture promoting joy leads to more thoughtful and meaningful work. Join us for an interactive session on “Discovering your Ikigai – Aligning purpose and passion in your professional life,” with Berengere Toscano.
In today’s fast-paced professional world, it is easy to lose connection with what truly matters. We chase goals, meet deadlines, and fulfill expectations but somewhere along the way, we may forget why we started, or what brings us energy and meaning.
This reflective and practical workshop invites you to pause and reconnect with your Ikigai, a Japanese concept meaning “reason for being.”
We will explore how ikigai can serve as a compass throughout your professional life, from early exploration to leadership and legacy. Through guided reflection and shared discussion, you will gain deeper insight into what energizes you, what you are here to contribute, and how to bring more intention to your work.

After hearing Berengere Toscano speak, participants will walk away with:
• A deeper understanding of the authentic roots and modern relevance of ikigai
• Reflection prompts to clarify your own drivers of meaning and motivation
• A redefined perspective on success: one that includes joy and contribution
• A moment of calm connection with yourself
