HBA AMSTERDAM PRESENTS

Presence with purpose: speak to be seen, heard & remembered

In the healthtech and pharmaceutical sectors, complex content and critical innovations demand
more than technical expertise—they require clear, confident, and compelling communication.
Yet, many women professionals still struggle to make their voice heard in high-level meetings,
stakeholder presentations, and public forums.

This workshop is designed to support women in translating their expertise into executive
presence—without diluting their authenticity. Through a unique blend of voice training, body
language work, and storytelling techniques, participants will gain the tools to lead the room, not
just speak in it.

Learning Objectives

  1. Participants will: -Strengthen their executive presence through voice, posture, and personal style
  2. Learn to structure complex content into compelling, audience-focused stories
  3. Improve clarity, credibility, and confidence in delivering key messages
