HBA ORANGE COUNTY PRESENTS

Modern Leadership & the Power of Allyship

In recognition of International Allyship Day on August 8, join us for an engaging evening of networking and panel discussion on the role of allyship in today's workplace. Inspired by former HBA Orange County Chapter President Dr. Shawn Andrews' newly released book, "The 5 Levels of Male Allyship", we will explore a practical framework for helping men become stronger champions for women and more effective partners in building more welcoming organizations. Through research, personal insights, and real-world examples, our panelists will share actionable strategies for creating workplaces where everyone can thrive.
