Academy workshop - Improve your skills è una serie di 5 incontri che nel 2022 guideranno i partecipanti nell'approfondimento e nell'esercizio di soft skills utili per il proprio sviluppo professionale e umano.

Uno dei motivi più comuni della Great Resignation è la ricerca da parte dei professionisti di un allineamento maggiore tra i propri valori e quelli aziendali (riducendo di conseguenza i conflitti sul lavoro).
Come si stanno muovendo le aziende in tal senso? Il panel di speaker è composto da profesisonisti che hanno scelto di cambiare lavoro, buttarsi in nuove avvenutre... proprio per trovare questo allineamento.
