The talk will focus on:
- The roles and responsibilities of allies in healthcare leadership, emphasizing their importance in promoting diversity and inclusivity.
- Recognizing and addressing the biases and stereotypes that exist within healthcare and explain how allies can help identify and combat them.
- Strategies for healthcare leaders to establish and nurture allyship networks, supporting the career growth of individuals from underrepresented backgrounds.
The goal will be to empower healthcare leaders to actively support each other in their career journeys, ultimately contributing to more diverse, inclusive, and equitable healthcare leadership teams.
