Women in BD : experience sharing and professional development

The Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) is proud to partner with the Pharma Licensing Club France (PLCF) to host an exclusive roundtable on the topic of women in business development within the pharmaceutical industry.
Dress code: no jeans, no sport shoes

Pascal Auzière: Directeur Business Développement Strategique chez URGO Healthcare
We will explore the key skills required for success in business development, with a focus on managing complex negotiations and strategic partnerships. We will also discuss the unique challenges women in BD face compared to their male counterparts, along with the differing perceptions of these obstacles. Additionally, we will examine how companies can adapt to attract and retain more women in their BD teams by fostering inclusive environments and supporting the career advancement of women in strategic roles.
