Leading With Empathy
Recent events have proven that we live in a world that can dramatically change overnight. And while change can bring anxiety, fear, discomfort, and extreme circumstance, it also can shine a light on the most amazing human superpowers like empathy and compassion. In this session, we will discuss how to harness the power of empathy at work, (and home) to fuel personal and team success. Fortunately, empathy is not an innate characteristic. It can be learned. If given enough time and support, leaders can develop standards and practices that encourage a more compassionate and empathetic work environment to fuel success.
Are you ready to take the reigns in your organization to lead this charge? Join this event to learn how.
