Executive-level Women: Claiming Your Seat on a Corporate Board (Part 1)
In 2020, Women on Boards Gender Diversity Index showed that only 19.8% of Fortune 1000 corporate directors were women. Yes, the evidence overwhelmingly shows that companies with more diversity at the highest levels of the organization sees a higher return on investment overall (Catalyst Reports). It is time that companies take advantage of this untapped pool of qualified board candidates. It's time that we increase the representation of women who serve on corporate boards. It does take effort and preparation to ensure that you, an executive-level women is board ready! Learn more by attending this virtual 2-part series: March 10th (Part 1) and April 7th (Part 2) 7:00-8:30pm EST. Limited seating capacity: 25 attendees. Attendees will be asked to draft their board bio between the two sessions.
Additional Information
Executive -level refers to industry titles that include: Chairman, President, EVP, VP, AVP, and Executive Director or Equivalent. On the agency/service provider side, senior leaders of practices of 15+ employees are invited to apply with eligible levels include Chairman, President, Partner, Managing Director, or equivalent.
