Why we do what we do

Understanding the motivations behind two HBA award winners.

In their respective professions, Terentia and Sean actively help shape a better future for many corporations and leaders. Their personal conviction of gender parity is embedded as a top priority in what they do. Their respective commitment has been recognized and awarded by the HBA.

During this session, Terentia and Sean will reflect on their respective lives within large corporations, setting up their own ventures and why gender parity remains so significant in their hearts. We also will hear more about their successes, failures, vulnerabilities, and courage.

In 2019, Terentia was recognized as an HBA Rising Star while at Johnson & Johnson, due to noteworthy achievements during her career within the organization. There, she provided leadership to high-performing engineering teams to successfully deliver large-scale projects. She currently resides in South Africa after spending time in Sweden and various other places.

Sean was awarded HBA Europe Honoured Volunteer in July for his dedication in raising the visibility of this chapter, and contribution to the European organization. He has been working with the healthcare industry around the world for nearly 25 years and currently splits most of his time between Paris and Zurich.

Join us in this exclusive one-on-one chat to discover the motivations behind these two driven people.
