The Great Reengagement: Empowering the Workforce on Hybrid Opportunities

Thursday, April 20, 2023 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM   Add to Calendar Eastern Standard Time

Many of us have heard of the Great Resignation, but how many have heard of the Great Re-Engagement? With record high resignations of employees, workplaces must step up their game to retain talent. After the pandemic, many organizations moved to a hybrid work arrangement, which has both positive outcomes, but also challenging ones, namely in the engagement of their employees. While strategies such as communications on goals, creating a culture of transparency, professional developmental opportunities, and engaging projects exist, implement of these activities in a hybrid environment is more challenging. The ultimate goal is to create a workplaces that is attractive and a prime destination for those seeking something new, challenging and rewarding. As companies reexamine their goals and the availability of talent in the current job market, the great re-engagement proves to be one of most important ways to address this challenge. HBA NNJ and CNJ chapters will be hosting a panel discussion event sponsored by Daiichi Sankyo on the great reengagement. Join the event to learn about creative ways from employers and employees to reengage the workforce.
