Male Advocacy in the Workplace
Join the HBA Suburban Delaware Valley and Calcium for a lively virtual roundtable discussion on the ways men can use their influence to break gender stereotypes to create equitable work environments that stimulate the advancement of women’s leadership and disrupt implicit biases and mentor women of all identities.
The core of this discussion is centered around how men can support women and partner with feminine-spectrum persons to dismantle systemic policies and processes that prevent them from upward/internal mobility in traditional workspaces.
Moreover, this panel will also discuss ways to support feminine-identifying persons amid the pandemic as these persons have experienced the burden of being caregivers, managing school-age children, and running the household while working full time.
Registered attendees will receive an email from HBA Customer Support (hba@hbanet.org) upon registration and 1-hour before the meeting starts with Zoom details (Link, Meeting ID, Passcode).
This event is sponsored by Calcium a full-service healthcare marketing agency providing strategic insights, creative firepower, and robust expertise in medical/scientific content.
