WIH Give Back Affinity: The 3Ps of Leading Through Change - Perseverance, Persistence, and Patience
As we navigate through these challenging times, effective leadership requires us to show up and demonstrate to our teams that we have the vision and endurance to move forward despite barriers. Situations that present obstacles are opportunities to encourage our teams to persist when faced with challenges, persevere despite delays, and to have the patience to evaluate and act with intention.
After this session hosted by Women in Healthcare (WIH) Give Back affinity group, attendees will better understand how their perseverance impacts the team’s strength, apply the techniques learned to implement consistent and innovative leadership, and increase the engagement and tenacity of their teams to knock down any obstacle.
HBA’s Women in Healthcare (WIH) Give Back Affinity group is dedicated to developing bold and authentic women leaders using giving back to our global communities and purpose-driven programming as a pathway to both growth and social impact. In our 2022 global program, Amplify Your Impact!, we are partnering with Women Deliver, a leading global advocate that champions gender equality and the health and rights of girls and women.
Let’s give back together, grow together, lift the world together!
