In 2020, Women on Boards Gender Diversity Index showed that only 19.8% of Fortune 1000 corporate directors were women. Even though, the evidence overwhelmingly shows that companies with more diversity at the highest levels of the organizations and throughout the ranks sees a higher return on investment overall (Catalyst Reports). It is time that companies take advantage of this untapped pool of qualified board candidates. It's time that we increase the representation of women who serve on corporate boards. It does take time, effort and preparation to ensure that you, an executive-level women is board ready! Executive-level refers to industry titles that include: Chairman, President, Exec Vice President, Vice President, Assoc Vice President, and Exec Director or equivalent. On the agency/service provider side, senior leaders of practices of 15+ employees are invited to apply with eligible levels include Chairman, President, Partner, Managing Director, or equivalent.
