HBA GLOBAL PRESENTS

Let's Get Personal on the DE&I Gap while Networking Session 1

HBA Global Women in Science (WIS) in collaboration with the Career Transformations and Women of Color Affinity Groups and sponsored by CSL presents: Let's Get Personal on the DE&I Gap while Networking. This is second in a three part series, starting with a moderated panel discussion on September 21st where panelists shared their own personal and professional experiences that led them to take action in the promotion and improvement of clinical trials diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I). They are diverse women and men in science, who are changemakers and leaders in the pharmaceutical, contract research organization and healthcare industries.

Our panelists and moderators will partake in this exciting opportunity to network and have meaningful discussions surrounding DE&I and how it impacts clinical and patient communities. There will be breakout rooms for more of an intimate setting for networking and exchanging your own personal and professional experiences that led you to take action on this topic. All participants may want to share their own observations, obstacles, and personal challenges, or how companies/your employer/your own company have been changing/taking action with their approach to improvement DE&I in clinical and research studies. Please join us for what will be an insightful, engaging and educational event, where the sense of community is undeniable!
