Dialing into Diversity: Creating a Holistic and Purposeful Approach

The multi-faceted identities most people possess are often not truly represented within the traditional definitions of diversity in corporations. These outdated categorisation practices put invisible and unbreakable walls between employee groups.

Effective diversity programs must take into account these varied dimensions.

The Dials of Diversity™ puts belonging as the ultimate goal for DE&I strategies. The ability to adjust the different dials that make up diversity allows for corporations to move away from a ‘one-size fits all’ approach to an intentional effort to meet the unique needs of each local country, market or office. Based on lived-experiences, these dials shifts mere perfomative efforts into truly meaningful and transformatory impact.

This engaging workshop event will help you understand the dials, and show you how they are customizable to deliver a deeply personal and powerful experience for both personnel and the organisation.
