COVID-19 has driven healthcare providers to adapt their delivery of care and implement a host of new processes and practices rapidly. The disproportionate impact of COVID-19 on high risk, and disenfranchised groups has also created additional complexities to consider as we begin a transition to our new normal. Join us as we hear from Laitan (Silifat) Mustapha,MPH, RN, vice president of nursing at Unity Health Care in Washington D.C., Charlene Troncelliti, Vice President Human Resources- East Division, Fresenius Medical Care North America and Ines Dahne, Senior Vice President, Operational Excellence, Fresenius Medical Care and currently acting president for Spectra Labs. From new mitigation principles to new employee benefits we’ll talk about how operational changes and technology are being used in innovative ways to support patients and employees.
This conversation will be moderated by Camille Waller, MBA, PMP.
