Kate is a Healthcare Director within Huron’s Culture and Organizational Excellence division. With more than 15 years of experience, Kate specializes in working with organizations to evolve their culture, team structures and processes for the future. Throughout her career, Kate has led change initiatives across the spectrum of healthcare operations, designing new organizational structures to improve patient access, clinical care, and technology adoption. Prior to moving to the US in 2014, she spent nearly a decade as the principal of her own boutique management consultancy in London with a focus on strategic operations within the healthcare, education and nonprofit sectors.
