In need of networking during these COVID lockdown times? Want to contribute with meaningful insights on what you think are the next steps in gender parity and equality? Join HBA Amsterdam, HBA Brussels, and HBA Milan for this networking event, from the comfort of your living room. You will be able to mix and mingle with fellow members and discuss this interesting topic of gender parity and equality. On Monday 8 March, we will come together to foster the dialogue and activities needed to drive meaningful change in gender parity and equality for women through a session of Courageous QuestionStorming facilitated by Els Dragt. We will celebrate our journey so far as parents, employees, women and men. We have achieved many milestones up to this moment and want to be joyous in the strides taken. However, together we’d also like to look to the future and discuss how we can continue accelerating gender parity. We are equal partners domestically, how can we achieve this level at work? How can we continue changing the world around us for the better? We are looking forward to meeting you!

On 8 March, every year, we celebrate the International Women’s Day, a great occasion to recognise the achievements towards a more inclusive and gender equal world. This year, Amsterdam, Brussels and Milan chapters will jointly honour the day, through a celebration full of music and courageous conversations.

Join us for this special and festive session, where we will acknowledge all that has been achieved so far, while reflecting on what still needs to be done to advance greater gender balance in our societies. We will be celebrating our journey as women and men, at work and at home, exploring the role of partnerships, particularly as they evolved during the pandemic.

We are honoured to welcome, Oisin Connolly, an artist and multi-instrumentalist musician of international standing. Els Dragt, a Master of questionology and Author of “Dare to Ask”, (htpp://www.bispublishers.com/dare-to-ask.html) will introduce us to the Courageous QuestionStorming session. During this session, we will learn how to ask and connect through the right questions, so that we spark conversations that matter amongst women and men.
