Piloting Your Career Journey: Leveraging Mentors, Sponsors and Allies As Co-Pilots For Success

In a panel discussion moderated by Theresa Frezzo, our panelists will share narratives of their career journeys and how they've leveraged support from mentors, sponsors and allies at various stages of their career to aid their personal and professional development. These insightful and open discussions will include engaging topics such as navigating career breaks, planning for international assignments and relocations, starting a family, as well as the pros and cons to consider when evaluating your next step.
