Conscious Leadership: how you lead is who you are
To lead in a world full of ambiguity and complexity, it is essential that leaders build agile capabilities to transform themselves, teams, organisations and the society. HBA Amsterdam and Brussels are hosting the third episode of the Transformative Leadership Series; a collective discourse, exploring new organisational and leadership paradigms with thought leaders and edge thinkers around the world. You are invited to join this virtual session on 1 December from 18:00-19:30 PM CET.
In this episode, we will host Lara Yumi Tsuji Bezerra. Lara is the founder and executive leadership coach at WorkCoherence, and a former senior executive at Roche and Bayer. We will have a conversation about conscious and purposeful leadership. Lara will discuss how to move from 'Me to We' in leadership to propel societal impact and ignite meaning in everything we do. She will share her leadership empirical framework from the book she is currently writing on how to build cultures in which intentional, coherent and lifelong-learning leaders are grown. And we will talk about making a difference and what success really is. This session will be an inspiration for managers and non-managers, seasoned and young leaders alike.
After Lara’s discussion on this topic, we will have an open forum with the group where you can ask any questions you may have on your journey and connect with other leaders in the room.
