Striving for More Better Now - New Frontiers in Health Equity
Join the HBA Pacific Region and the HBA Women of Color Affinity Group as we present the second session of our 3-part series on Health Equity. 1. Health Equity's past (how we got here); 2. Health Equity's present (what can we do now); 3. Health Equity's future (a look at the roadmap ahead). Through this series, we aim to: understand the realities of inequities in delivery and access to healthcare, identify the forces that impact access and delivery of healthcare to patients, and equip participants to design initiatives to make change and measure impact.
Our speakers will share their stories, successes, lessons, and vision to drive a fundamental change. Participants are expected to walk away with clearer ideas for how we can continue to move the needle in this space.
